Treatment of stable chronic heart failure with Bisoprolol requires a dose adjustment phase\nBisoprolol treatment should be started with a gradual increase in dose according to the following steps:\n\u2022 1.25 mg once a day for one week, if well tolerated increase to\n\u2022 2.5 mg once daily for a further week, if well tolerated increase to\n\u2022 3.75 mg once a day for a further week, if well tolerated increase to\n\u2022 5 mg once a day for the next 4 weeks, if well tolerated increase to\n\u2022 7.5 mg once a day for the next 4 weeks, if well tolerated increase to\n\u2022 10 mg once daily for maintenance therapy.\n \nThe maximum recommended dose is 10 mg once a day.\nClose monitoring of vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure) and symptoms of worsening heart failure is recommended during the titration phase. Symptoms may appear on the same day of treatment initiation.\nTreatment of hypertension or chronic stable angina pectoris\nAdults: For both indications the initial dose is 5 mg once daily. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 10 mg. The maximum recommended dose is 20 mg daily.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
